Welcome to SHARP - a reporting system for you to use as part of our safeguarding systems.
What would I use SHARP for?
As you know, safeguarding is everything we do in school to protect your rights, especially your rights to be safe and treated with respect.
To help you, we need you to talk to us and SHARP is one of the ways you can report any concerns you have, either about yourself or someone you know. We understand though that it's not always easy to talk so SHARP gives you a way to report things anonymously. We hope that once you do, it gives you more confidence to then talk to us personally.
How do I use SHARP?
You can use either the app (see links at the bottom) or the website and all you need to do is click the 'Make Report' button, tell us what's wrong and submit it. This will then be sent to me, Mr Cosgrove.
You can either do this anonymously or you can leave your contact details so I know who you are and can more easily help you. If you don't leave your contact details, please understand that I will do as much as I can, but I won't be able to contact you to let you know what I've done, or to offer advice.
When you submit a concern, I will pick it up as soon as I am able, usually within 24 hours although this will not always be possible at the weekend or during the holidays.
If you decide not to use SHARP then please remember that there are people at school who want to help you and are ready to listen, so please speak to whomever you feel most comfortable with. They will then speak to me and I will do everything I can to help.
